Slate and Moss

Slate and Moss is a teaching kitchen. Our emphasis is “Food is Medicine”. We grow some of the organic ingredients that are used in workshops. Classes are taught by K Tyson. We welcome guest instructors, too! We are in Boothbay, Maine.
